The Blind Photographer

Pete Eckert refers to himself as a blind visual artist. He suffers from Retinitis Pigmentoso, a condition that causes the sufferer to go blind over a period time.

Not letting a simple thing like sight stand in his way, Pete has taken up photography. He puts his previous training in sculpture and industrial design to good use. He has been featured in galleries around the world.
